Apple Ice Wine

Ice wine (Ice Wine Apple) is made from well-ripened, hand-picked apples. The juice is pressed in winter and kept in the cold for several weeks. The collected juice is then slowly fermented at a low temperature to preserve the delicate apple aroma. This is a well-balanced wine with silky smoothness and an elegant flavour, often called “liquid gold” for its exceptionally rich and fragrant profile reminiscent of exotic white fruits, almonds, and honey. Recommended with blue cheese, pastries, and suitable both as an aperitif and as a refined dessert.
